#UNequalPay is an initiative by UN Women in partnership with YouTube to bring awareness to the 22% gender pay gap. To visually depict the effects of missing 22% on a paycheck, YouTube will cut all videos by 22% for one day. #UNequalPay is a call to action to join the conversation about the gender wage gap.
